When you want a San Jose campervan rental, come over to Escape Camper Vans. Our San Francisco campervan rental location is close by and just the way to start your next road trip. By booking your camper van in San Francisco, you’re ready to go to the Golden Gate Bridge, the San Francisco Zoo, or Yosemite National Park. Or buckle up for a U.S. tour in your tricked-out campervan.
Why Choose A Campervan Rental For Your Next Vacation?
You don’t know camping until you do it with your San Jose camper van rental. Camp at a national park with no worry about what it’s like outside. Then, head off to wherever at your own pace. With an Escape Campervan, you’re wandering as you want to, knowing that each campervan road trip is epically different.
Of course, you’ll need an awesome campervan for a fantastic campervan road trip. All our vans are fun to drive and have a queen-sized bed, a fully-functioning kitchen, and a one-of-a-kind look. Unlike a cumbersome RV, campervans handle like a car would and should be able to park on most tent camping sites. You can even disperse camp with your Escape campervan — just remember to follow the Leave No Trace ideals.
What San Jose Campervan Rental Will You Need?
You have many models to choose from when picking your San Jose campervan rental. Most choices are between campervan size, passenger space, and itinerary.
The Mavericks campervan is our most popular model. With the Mavericks, you’ll get a comfy queen-size bed, a foldable table and seats, a 2-burner Coleman propane stove, dual-powered refrigerator, and sink. It’s a safe pick for a short getaway to Baker Beach, and the Mavericks also works well for a week-long stay at Yosemite National Park. Tack on a rooftop sleeper and the kids can snag their own “room.”
The Big Sur campervan is a scance more spacious than the Mavericks and offers you more legroom for your family. You still can use the full stove and sink in the van, but you don’t have to move the bucket seats in order to use the van’s bed. This model is perfect if you need a bit of extra storage space or for those expansive road trips out of state.
For more agile options, try the Santa Cruz or the Jeep Camper. You’ll get the bed and kitchen but you’ll find they have a smaller footprint. These models work great for quick getaways or intimate vacations. *The Jeep Camper and Santa Cruz are only offered in certain states, including California.
Need a child safety seat, or kitchen set for your San Jose campervan rental? Ask about all the additional equipment that you can rent for your drive. And with each rental, you’ll get friendly customer care and around-the-clock roadside assistance at no additional cost!
Not just a great valley, but a shrine to human foresight, the strength of granite, the power of glaciers, the persistence of life, and the tranquility of the High Sierra. First protected in 1864, Yosemite National Park is best known for its waterfalls, but within its nearly 1,200 square miles, you can find deep valleys, grand meadows, ancient giant sequoias, a vast wilderness area, and much more.
Yosemite National Park is open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
Hetch Hetchy area is only open during the day (except for permitted backpackers). All day visitors must exit Hetch Hetchy by the closure time.
