Book A Campervan

When you’re road tripping to Badlands National Park, make sure you grab an Escape campervan. Begin your unforgettable trip at our Denver campervan depot. Then head to your destination and see the Sheep Mountain Table, Fossil Exhibit Trail and everything Badlands National Park has to offer.

When you get a campervan rental you can pack your things in a mobile home base. Then at the end of the day, prepare a delicious meal using your mobile kitchen and kick back in a comfortable queen-size bed.

RVs Too Large? Use A Badlands National Park Campervan Rental For The Ultimate Trip

You’ve probably known people who got a Badlands National Park RV rental for their getaway. However, there are a few reasons to reserve a campervan rental instead. An Escape Campervan includes many amenities that an RV does, but in a cooler, more agile form. Like an RV, a campervan has a working kitchen, a table and seating, and a queen-size bed. However, everything is smaller for ease of use. For instance, the bed only pulls out when you’d like to use it. So it’s like you have secret campsite just waiting to be deployed whenever you need it.

When you get a campervan rental, your vacation isn’t limited to major highways or those crowded RV campsites. Your campervan can easily camp at more secluded tent sites. And campervans don’t need the electric or sewer hookups like an RV does. Campervans are also great for dispersed camping!

But Which Escape Campervan Should You Rent For Badlands National Park?

There are a couple things to consider when choosing which Escape Campervan to take to Badlands National Park. We offer the Mavericks and Big Sur models at the Denver depot, which will vary in size and amenities.

Our most popular campervan is the Mavericks. This Escape campervan includes a comfortable queen-size bed, foldaway in-van table and benches, a 2-burner propane stove, dual powered refrigerator, and a sink. The Mavericks is perfect for romantic getaways to Badlands National Park. But it can sleep 5, so feel free to bring your kids. We also have rooftop sleepers if you want your kids to have their own space.

If you want additional room for your family, or if going on a longer road trip, you might want to try the Big Sur campervan. Here you get the same amenities as the Mavericks. Yet it’s large enough that you don’t have to fold down the bucket seats to make your queen-size bed. The Big Sur also has extra storage space. So feel free to bring more gear. You can also get the optional rooftop sleeper.

All campervans rentals include our one-of-a-kind hand-painted exteriors that help you show your adventurous side. You can also rent campervan extras for Badlands National Park like kitchen kits, bike racks, and child safety seats to make your trip more comfortable. And with your rental, you’ll get individual customer care and 24/7 roadside assistance absolutely free!

About Badlands National Park

The rugged beauty of the Badlands draws visitors from around the world. These striking geologic deposits contain one of the world’s richest fossil beds. Ancient horses and rhinos once roamed here. The park’s 244,000 acres protect an expanse of mixed-grass prairie where bison, bighorn sheep, prairie dogs, and black-footed ferrets live today.

What Are Nice Places To Camp At Badlands National Park?

The most popular campsites are at Cedar Pass Campground or Sage Creek Campground. You’ll want to call first, though, as you may need reservations — especially in the high season from May to September. Of course, you don’t need an oversized pad or sewer hookups, meaning you can stay almost anywhere! Or give dispersed camping a go near the Sage Creek Basin Overlook in your campervan. Remember, dispersed camping means no restrooms, showers, or fire rings, so please practice the Leave No Trace principles.
