Book A Campervan
When you’re vacationing to Sedona, don’t forget to pick up an Escape Campervan. Begin your grand adventure at our Phoenix campervan rental location. Then start your journey to see Coconino National Forest, Red Rock State Park, and everything Sedona offers. With a campervan rental, you can stow away all your stuff in a mobile central base. Then, after a long day, make yourself an awesome dinner using your mobile kitchen and kick back in a soft queen-size bed.
Our Mavericks campervan model interior has storage space underneath each bench and behind the kitchen in the back. It converts into a queen-sized bed.
Forget RVs, Use A Sedona Campervan Rental For The Ultimate Trip
You’ve most likely heard of friends who used a Sedona RV rental for their vacation, but there are many benefits of getting a campervan rental instead. An Escape Campervan includes many amenities that an RV does, but in a cooler, more agile package.
Similar to an RV, a campervan comes with a two-burner propane stove, a table and bench, and a queen-size bed. However, all of it’s more compact so that it’s easy to use. For instance, the bed only unfolds when you’re ready to use it. So it’s like you have a secret campsite ready to be deployed at any point.
With a campervan rental, your adventure isn’t confined to the main roads or overcrowded RV campsites. Campervans can easily use smaller tent sites. And campervans don’t need the electric or sewer hookups like an RV. Campervans are also great for dispersed camping!

But Which Escape Campervan Should You Rent For Sedona?
There are a couple of things to consider when choosing which Escape Campervan to take to Sedona. We offer the Mavericks and Big Sur at the Phoenix campervan rental location, which offer different sizes and options.
Our most popular campervan is the Mavericks. This Escape Campervan has a soft queen-size bed, foldaway in-van table and benches, a 2-burner propane stove, dual powered refrigerator, and a sink. The Mavericks is perfect for private getaways to Sedona. But it can sleep 5, so feel free to bring friends, too. You can also rent rooftop sleepers if you want your kids to sleep on their own.
If you need more room for your stuff, or if taking an extended trip, you might want to try the Big Sur campervan. With the Big Sur you get the same amenities as the Mavericks. Yet you have more space so that you don’t need to fold down the bucket seats to pull out your queen-size bed. The Big Sur also comes with additional storage space. So feel free to bring that extra bathing suit. You can even go for the rooftop sleeper.
All camper van rentals include our one-of-a-kind hand-painted exteriors that let you show off your adventurous spirit. You can also rent camper van extras for Sedona like kitchen kits, tents, and child safety seats to make your trip more comfortable. And with your rental, you’ll receive outstanding customer care and 24/7 roadside assistance at no charge!

The most visited campsites are at Sedona Pine Resort or Chavez Crossing Group Campground. Then again, you won’t need an oversized site or electrical hookups, meaning can stay almost anywhere!
For smaller, more intimate campsites, make your way over to Oak Creek Mobilodge or Rancho Sedona RV Park. Or give dispersed camping a go near Sedona in your campervan. Remember, dispersed camping means roughing it without restrooms, showers, or fire rings, so use the Leave No Trace principles.
